Recipe development and styling work

Tom has written recipes for a variety of publications and brands including Sainsbury’s Magazine, Mob, Merchant Gourmet and many more. His food focuses on simplicity, seasonality and harnessing the joy of cooking. His styling work has seen him assist some of the Uk’s top stylists on shoots for Waitrose Weekend and Ocado. He has styled shoots of his own working across editorial, video and social channels for brands including Truffle Guys and Cole and Mason.
