Tom put together a fantastic three-course meal for my friend’s 30th birthday for 18 people.
He made the whole thing look effortless. The dishes wafted out perfectly on time, generous portions packed with style and flavour. Every course looked and tasted incredible.
It was great fun putting the event together with Tom in the days before. He was quick to reply and happy to talk through the menu options, dietary requirements and logistics whenever needed.
